Industry experts, authors, speakers, health and wellness professionals who share a common vision for how to become a better human.
Led by host Janeane Bernstein, The CARE Initiative reinforces the power of connection, attention to health and wellness, finding purpose and meaning, and ways we must educate ourselves to CARE. Students also learn how to launch a CARE Initiative club.
The CARE Initiative helps foster meaning and purpose, while promoting connection, wellness, resilience, and education.
CARE stands for:
Connection - connecting to one another has never been more essential
Attention - mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health
Resilience - how to remain adaptable and know how to pivot when life throws you curveballs!
Education - addressing the issues that are on the forefront and coming up with local initiatives
(e.g., homelessness, food insecurity, ageism, sexism, racism, gender equality, environmental issues, etc.)
Educating, engaging, and motivating students and adults to become better humans through the CARE Initiative.
Panel discussions, interactive workshops, sustainable schools clubs, talks and engaging live events.
