What is the goal?

Creativity, self-care, resilience, mental health, are only a few of the topics Dr. Bernstein addresses in her interactive workshops and events. The goal is to promote resilience long-term, and illuminate the importance of self-care, thoughtfulness for yourself and others, and prioritize mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Who is this for?

Anyone. Schools, businesses and environments alike. Students especially can feel like academic rock stars in high school with amazing GPAs and test scores, but knowing how to prioritize self-care, mental health, and handle the stress of life's curveballs is what matters more than ever. OTB events are perfect for everyone!

Recently, she introduced the CARE Initiative - interactive panels and strategies for students to create sustainable, impactful initiatives.
