Outside the Box is an interview series created and hosted by author and mental health advocate Dr. Janeane Bernstein launched on June 3, 2020. Her mission for the movement is to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health. The goal is to create a safe and open space to welcome conversations around trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, among a many other challenges we all experience.
Guests in the series include people from all parts of the world who tell their experiences and tips surrounding mental health. Some are public figures from music, pop culture, and entertainment and others, experts in mental health, emotional intelligence, psychology and wellness.
